We offer a variety of lab spaces designed to suit different stages of commercial development. For entry-level and start-up companies, we provide affordable, smaller spaces with flexible lease agreements, including a minimum 30-day termination notice. Our new, cutting-edge laboratories and write-up suites offer true growth spaces, complete with support services - ideal for companies scaling up their R&D activities.
Our brand-new lab and write up suites in the Apex, part of the Tribeca development - London’s largest purpose-built life science development - provide dedicated grow-on space with all the LBIC scientific and business support services scaling up life science businesses need to accelerate their commercialisation. Suites available from 840 sq ft to 3,701 sq ft.
LBIC: Amoroso provides cost-effective, entry-level lab and office space designed for start-up and spin-out companies. Our affordable, fitted CL2 lab spaces range from 80 sq ft to 900 sq ft and are co-located on the RVC’s Camden campus. This offers clients entry to amenities such as cafes, collaboration spaces, and catering facilities, along with easy access to RVC’s world-class research facilities, expertise, specialist services, and equipment.
Situated within the Centre of Vaccinology and Regenerative Medicine (CVRM) on the RVC’s Hawkshead campus in Potters Bar, LBIC: CVRM is only 30 minutes by train from King’s Cross. It is home to world experts in vaccines and stem cells at the new state-of-the-art CVRM. We offer fully fitted CL2 laboratories ranging from 300 sq ft to 550 sq ft, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with resident Principal Investigators in core research areas, bringing together top veterinary and human science researchers to advance the ‘One Health’ approach to accelerate the development of new vaccines and cell therapies.
Our private offices vary in size and style to suit the needs of our clients. Each suite includes power, telephone and network points, and are fully air conditioned. LBIC’s virtual client package is ideally suited to early-stage life science companies that do not yet require a physical office or lab but wish to establish a London presence with occasional on-site attendance. From £150 + VAT you can have 24 hr access to LBIC at RVC’s Camden campus, two days hot desking per month, and access to the amenities such as RVC cafes, collaboration spaces, catering facilities, and more.
LBIC provides a variety of meeting spaces, accommodating from 1 to 40 people, to meet the needs of all types of meetings, including one-to-ones, video conferences, board meetings, and larger events. Catering services are available upon request through the Royal Veterinary College Caterers. Meeting rooms are also available for hire by non-resident companies.
