LBIC: Apex Selected as Mix Awards 2026 Finalist

LBIC: Apex has been selected as a finalist in the Mix Awards 2026, the leading awards programme for commercial interior design. With interiors designed by Shaw Studios and laboratory consultancy by Buro Happold, our grow-on space at the Apex has been shortlisted in the Project of the Year category (Workplace Interiors, 15-35k sq ft).

The project delivers flexible Cat A+ laboratories and workspaces for growing life-science companies. The design pairs functional excellence with social spaces that enhance collaboration, modular layouts for scalability, and natural light with efficient MEP strategies that support performance and well-being. Ground-floor amenities and breakout areas foster a genuine community-driven environment — a future-ready hub for innovation and scientific growth.
