Lindy Brand-Daloze

Business Development & Marketing Executive

Lindy joined the LBIC team in 2016, initially in the role of Receptionist, before advancing to Administrator and then Business Development & Marketing Executive. In her role Lindy provides critical administrative support for LBIC and RVC’s BSU as well as executive assistance to our CEO and management team. Lindy’s exceptional organisational skills ensure the smooth processing of invoices, expenses, course administration and procured items enabling the wider team to concentrate on providing the impeccable levels of service for which LBIC is renowned.

Originally from Australia, Lindy started her career in fashion retail before taking a role as a Youth Justice Conferencing Facilitator. This involved meeting with and organising face-to-face conferences with young offenders, the police and victims of crime to discuss the consequences of the offender’s actions and agree achievable outcomes to satisfy the victim. Lindy subsequently moved to Europe, living in Belgium, the Netherlands and France before settling in London, where she worked in administration for a healthcare careers provider before joining LBIC.
