Lauren Dancy is the Office Manager at LBIC. She brings strong experience across operations and customer-focused environments, having previously worked in large retail and leisure organisations.

Known for her bright, bubbly personality and excellent organisational skills, Lauren ensures the smooth running of the office and reception, delivering a positive experience for both clients and colleagues. She also supports the ongoing management of our ISO 9001 accreditation, alongside our administrative systems.
