Chelsee Graham-Benjamin

Operations Administrator

Chelsee is the Operations Administrator at LBIC, where she provides fundamental support to the operations and facilities team. With a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Chemistry, Chelsee uses her technical and organisational skills to manage client and contractor queries, schedule lab equipment servicing, arrange site visits, and coordinate with various departments for lab access and logistics. Her role ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently, and she is a key contact for clients.

Before joining LBIC in January 2023, Chelsee worked as a private tutor and gained experience in business support and laboratory roles, including positions as a Lab Technician and in cosmetic production.

Chelsee was introduced to LBIC through a local programme run by Leading Inclusive Future through Technology (LIFT), a partnership between the boroughs of Islington, Camden, Hackney and Tower Hamlets working together to create opportunities for local people.
