Facilities Technician

Charles is a Facilities Technician at the Apex building within LBIC, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the space through daily facilities management. His duties include laboratory gas monitoring, safety checks, managing Clarity IT system and AV equipment, as well as general maintenance. He also oversees deliveries, coordinates client relocations, and facilitates contractor visits, consistently maintaining high service standards across the building.

In addition, Charles has a strong background in IT and web development. He has experience in AV troubleshooting, having previously worked on the IT service desk for the London Borough of Camden. He also developed the PEEX Powercord website, which was used to showcase Elton John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.
