Amanda is the Director of Business Development and Marketing at LBIC, where she drives lead generation, client management, and strategic growth. Since joining in May 2023, she has led on shaping business development and marketing strategies to drive client recruitment, and to keep LBIC competitive within the bio innovation sector. She also manages stakeholder relationships and supports LBIC’s expansion plans, including the new Apex facility.

With over 13 years in the life sciences sector, Amanda has expertise in commercial operations, tenant relations, and business development. She previously worked at a clinical-stage biotech company and a science focussed mechanical and electrical design consultancy and brings a strong background in corporate event management from one of the largest event agencies worldwide.

With international experience living in Paris, Amanda has built her career on resilience and adaptability. A proud single parent, her journey proves that success doesn't always require a degree.
