Lucy Garnsworthy

Head of Business Services & Events

Lucy is the Head of Business Services & Events at LBIC and a member of the Senior Leadership team. She leads on ensuring provision of top-class services and events. Lucy drives LBIC’s events strategy and cultivates strategic partnerships with external organisations to nurture a supportive client community with strong connections and access to specialist expertise. She also oversees LBIC’s ISO 9001-accredited business processes and client services to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Lucy holds an Archaeology degree from UCL and previously worked in commercial archaeology and for a prestigious events company. Since joining LBIC in 2010, she has progressed through various roles, accumulating an in-depth knowledge of the organisation and playing a key role in its success.

Lucy is passionate about forging connections through championing outreach projects and sits on the RVC Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
