Our vision for the London BioScience Innovation Centre is to create one of Europe’s leading centres for enabling bioscience and related knowledge-based companies to thrive, expand and succeed.
Since LBIC’s doors opened in 2001, we have come a long way towards achieving that vision. The Centre has become established both within the UK and further afield and LBIC companies have achieved a reputation for success. We continue to welcome overseas delegations who are interested in our unique model and who tell us how impressed they are with what they see.
LBIC’s emphasis on quality makes us stand out from the crowd and an atmosphere of collegiality underpins everything we do. We are keen to ensure that new Client companies are a good ‘fit’ with the philosophy of LBIC, whether they are biotechnology companies, or associated service organisations.
We are excited about the recent expansion of the Centre, which will further consolidate our position as the focal point for life sciences activity in London and help develop the Capital’s focus on this important sector. Our thanks go to the London Development Agency for its continued support of this pioneering venture as part of an ongoing campaign to raise the profile of life sciences in the Capital.
